Bug in ClickOnce deployment?

description

When I launch from http://hinshelwood.com/Downloads/TFSStickyBuddy/Hinshelwood.TFSStickyBuddy.application , I get "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." with the following details:

I'm getting this issue as well.

Please uninstall any existing instances and use the "setup.exe" to install.

This may fix your probelm, but I know there is an issue that I have not had time to fix. I will fix it when I can... Probably this weekend.
